I am currently completing advanced training in Integrative Somatic Facilitation. Honouring the depth and sensitivity of this work, specialised trauma-informed sessions will be available from late 2026 once I have received my final qualification. This ensures the space we hold together is ethical and provides the relative safety needed for this work.
